Careers

As a partner of FINACT Professional Services, you’ll be expected to play a key role in driving the business forward. These roles can often be a key step on the path to becoming a finance director down the line.

To achieve this, you will need a strong set of ‘soft’ skills, including:

  • Presentation
  • Relationship building
  • Negotiation
  • Facilitation and conflict resolution

The role of a partner of FINACT Professional Services is exciting because you’ll be involved in making key decisions that impact the business. Normally based on a division of a huge organization, you’ll get involved with new creativities, investment appraisals, observe the feasibility of recent sales streams and commonly provide financial support to industrial choice-makers. Most of your work will be project-based, looking at specific client pitches and business strategies.

To be successful, you will need to have the ability to communicate with and explain financial concepts to non-finance people, be able to influence key decision makers and to think long-term.

A partner of FINACT Professional Services needs to be an excellent project manager as well as a creative thinker. This is a role that calls for both a starter and a coordinator. You must be capable of applying your analytical competencies past the conventional functions of finance and deliver them to stand on a large variety of commercial troubles.
